CALLOUT

Terms of Service

Last updated August 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Callout, a product operated by Dreamers and Doers IT Solutions Private Limited (“Callout,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Callout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Callout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and permitted to use Callout and digital-asset services where you live. You may not use Callout if you are subject to sanctions or prohibited by applicable law.

What Callout provides

Callout is a self-custodial social trading interface built on Solana. It lets users create a wallet, buy supported assets, make token swaps, share a portion of a position with another person, and view related activity. Callout does not operate an exchange or order book, act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, lender, or trading counterparty, or offer securities, derivatives, perpetual contracts, or tokenized stocks.

Self-custody and transaction authorization

Your Callout wallet is self-custodial. Callout does not hold your private key or custody your assets. Wallet transactions require your authenticated authorization. You are responsible for reviewing every transaction before you approve it. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and Callout cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect address or reverse a confirmed transaction.

Third-party services

Callout depends on third-party services, including Privy for wallet infrastructure, Jupiter for swap routing, MoonPay for optional fiat on-ramp services, Supabase for application infrastructure, and the Solana network. Those providers are independent from Callout and may require you to accept separate terms, complete identity checks, or meet regional eligibility requirements. Your use of their services is governed by their applicable terms and policies.

MoonPay, not Callout, processes eligible fiat purchases and delivers purchased assets to the wallet address you provide. MoonPay may decline, delay, limit, or cancel a transaction under its own compliance and risk controls. You can review MoonPay's applicable terms at moonpay.com/legal/terms.

Digital-asset risks

Digital assets are volatile and speculative. Prices can change rapidly, liquidity can disappear, networks and smart contracts can fail, and you may lose some or all of the value you commit. Tokens may be fraudulent, restricted, or become untradeable. You are solely responsible for your decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law.

Callout does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information shown in the app, including prices and performance, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and must not be treated as a recommendation or guarantee.

Callouts and shared positions

A Callout may let a sender reserve and share part of a token position with another person. The recipient must claim an eligible invitation within the displayed period. If an invitation expires or cannot be completed, the applicable position remains with or returns to the sender's wallet according to the transaction flow shown in the app. You may only send Callouts to people you are permitted to contact and must not misrepresent a token, expected return, or transaction.

Fees

A transaction may include network, swap, payment-provider, or platform fees. Available fees and the amount you will authorize are shown in the relevant flow before completion where applicable. Fees charged by third parties are controlled by those providers and may change.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and transaction information.
  • Keep your device, credentials, and recovery methods secure.
  • Review wallet addresses, assets, amounts, and fees before signing.
  • Use only funds and assets you lawfully own or control.
  • Comply with applicable tax, sanctions, and financial laws.

Prohibited use

You may not use Callout to:

  • commit fraud, theft, money laundering, or market manipulation;
  • evade sanctions, identity checks, geographic limits, or legal restrictions;
  • mislead, harass, impersonate, or exploit another person;
  • interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the service;
  • use automated means that overload or abuse Callout; or
  • violate another person's rights or any applicable law.

Safety, reporting, and blocking

Callout may filter or reject objectionable user-authored content. You can report or block a connected user from the relationship options in the app. A block prevents new Callouts with that person but does not erase existing blockchain transactions or remove access you need to manage an existing position. We may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, and retain safety records when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Availability and changes

Callout may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and supported assets. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, transaction completion, a particular price, or continued support for any network, token, country, or device. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, congestion, or security events may affect the service.

Account suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to security concerns, or address a breach of these Terms. Because your wallet is self-custodial, deleting or losing access to your Callout account does not transfer your assets to Callout.

Intellectual property

Callout and its software, branding, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callout is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callout and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, changes in asset value, failed or irreversible blockchain transactions, or acts or failures of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
