How to request deletion

Email abhilashi.iiith@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your Callout account.

What gets deleted

• Your login access is revoked immediately
• Your display name and avatar
• Your device push notification token
• Your wallet address reference in our database
• Your invite code

What's retained, and why

Callouts you sent or received stay in our database, with your profile shown as a deleted user. These rows are the real trade a counterparty also participated in — deleting them would erase another real person's trade history without their consent, the same way deleting your bank account doesn't erase the other party's copy of a wire transfer.

Nothing about this touches your crypto wallet itself. Your wallet is self-custodial (see our Privacy Policy) — Callout never held your funds or your keys, so there is nothing on our end to delete on that front. Your wallet and its contents remain fully yours, independent of your Callout account.
