How to request deletion

Email abhilashi.iiith@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your Callout account.

What gets deleted

• Your login access is revoked when deletion completes, not when you request it
• Your display name and avatar
• Your device push notification token
• Wallet references that are not needed for retained transaction records
• Your invite code

What's retained, and why

Some trading, payment and safety records may need to be retained to preserve other users' transaction history, resolve outstanding transfers or meet applicable obligations. Requesting deletion does not mean those records, or your account, have already been deleted. We will confirm completion and explain any retained records.

Deleting your account does not close external positions or transfer funds. Before deletion, save your wallet recovery information through the secure export flow and review balances, open positions and pending payments. Losing your Callout login may affect access to an embedded wallet if you have not saved another way to access it. Never send a private key to support. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted.
